My preschool and elementary-aged students are students that have special needs and have to transition between face-to-face learning and remote learning opportunities. Transitions alone for these students can be challenging, but having school tools that can be implemented in the home setting and school setting helps to bridge the student's ability to perform and learn in both settings. The supplies I am requesting are "at-home kits" that will provide students with special needs with the school tools they would need to continue to progress in the home setting during remote learning. The kits will also help to equip these families with supplies that they are not yet able to afford. The kits will help to build the student's confidence with utilizing school tools in the home setting. By donating to my project, my students will gain essential life skills to create a strong foundation for future learning. Thank you for your generosity and financial support, it is greatly appreciated.
