With our new COVID regulations students must be socially distanced at all times which unfortunately means they mostly stay in their desks. While most children have difficulty staying in their seats under normal situations, I have many students with ADHD who struggle in class. It is my hope that by giving each student a fidget toy they will be able to focus their extra energy on the toy and stay engaged with the lesson. Additionally, my school is pushing the importance of math facts memorization and I feel multiplication bingo is a great, fun way for my students to practice these facts. Finally, we desperately need new whiteboard erasers as we are currently using tissues. As you can imagine we need to reserve tissues for their intended purpose during cold and flu season.
