Our school opened during this pandemic with little support from federal and state governments. We are purchasing their PPE and cleaning supplies such as Clorox wipes are rare, mainly due to personal consumption. My students will design and engineer an Ultraviolet light-producing Chromebook cart/cleaner for the class to use to clean off their Chromebook in safe ways that require no physical contact whatsoever. My students researched the best ways to eliminate germs using UV light and designed a hypothetical prototype, but now it is time to build it and see if it works. We could use your help to aid us in gathering the necessary materials to build our project.
