These materials will give my students the opportunity to explore the life cycle of butterflies, frogs, chicks and more! The hands-on experience of hatching butterflies and releasing them is an experience they will never forget. Monitoring the caterpillars and the stages they go through will be the perfect journaling opportunity for my students. The life cycle units are always a favorite in the Spring. Young children love small objects and the life cycle objects will be a nice addition to the Science area of our classroom. The books will be a nice addition to our classroom library and will be used when exploring non-fiction text. Students are more likely to remember things when they are presented them in a variety of ways. These materials provide a variety of lessons.
