The books I have requested will make a difference in my students’ learning because they will be used for learning at home and at school. These books will be assigned to students based on their current reading level and will help them learn to read with accuracy and fluency. The books will also help students develop reading comprehension skills as they read. This has been a hard year for many students because of Covid-19 and my students not being in school every day. Most of my students do not have access to books at home, so I am hoping to help lighten the load a little bit and give them some books they can take home to read on the days they are not at school.
