Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, more and more students are dealing with high levels of stress and anxiety. If a student is stressed or anxious, they can't focus on their class work, which then leads to poor grades and additional stress. These stress relief items and the and educational books on anxiety and stress will provide much needed support for struggling students. Re-using fidget items is no longer possible due to the pandemic so my supply is almost depleted. The books can serve as conversation starters to discuss how they are dealing with their negative emotions. With just a little extra attention and support, my students will be able to deal proactively with their emotions, and will then be able to experience more academic success in the classroom.

About my class
