My student-athletes enjoy competing at many things, including game boards and games of skill. I have spoken to them at length about preparing to compete and the "mental" edge student-athletes can gain by strategizing. Learning strategies at all levels is the key to being a better student-athlete. We compete in early spring season so often encounter rain, wind and colder temperatures. By providing an opportunity for students to compete with one another inside allows them to keep their "mental" edge strong. Through Donors help we will be able to have fun and entertaining competitions with one another.
