My school does not have a art program. We have small donations like tempura paint and some markers but no materials or supplies geared to for upper elementary or middle school students. I would like to use these materials to create projects that enhance the curriculum. For example, I would like to make live moss trees using the canvas boards, moss and paint. The moss trees will filter the air for up to one year. I will tie in our science curriculum (photosynthesis) to reinforce their learning. The school should be filled with the creativity of our students. This is a way for our students to express themselves through art.
