Our special education preschool students love to wiggle, play, and craft. These materials will help our students to be engaged in their learning and have fun! The large ABC rug will encourage students to learn the alphabet and numbers while promoting gross motor skills. The toys include animals that are relevant to the wildlife our students encounter as well as people with differing abilities, which promotes inclusion. The foam paint will be great for our sensory-seeking students who love to create unique art. These materials will make our preschool classroom more inclusive, welcoming, and engaging. I am so excited to share these new materials with my students. Preschool is about to get a lot more fun! (Who knew that was possible?)
