The supplies I am requesting have been on my "classroom wish list" since I started teaching four years ago. Creating a comfortable classroom environment has always been one of my main goals. The flexible seating I am requesting will help me meet my students where they are at. Every student learns differently and if they are comfortable and feel relaxed they will be able to learn more effectively. The wobble chairs will be used as a replacement for "normal chairs" at some of my desks. This will allow the students to move while they are sitting. Movement helps my students focus and retain information better. The floor chairs and lap desks will be used in replacement to the standard desks to allow the students to choose how they best learn. By donating to our project, you will not only be improving my students’ focus and comfort, but you will also be helping improve their academic achievement. The circut will be used to improve the environment of our classroom by creating motivating quotes for the walls, for helping label and organize, and we will also use the circut to do projects and create cards to boost the morale and community in our classroom. I am excited to provide a new and engaging environment in my classroom! Thank you!
