Our school is planning to move to a hybrid model after almost a year of online learning. Many students were affected by COVID-19 and are afraid of uncertainty of returning to school. This Calming Corner Bundle will give my students a place to calm down and process their emotions when they feel overwhelmed. The canopy will allow the students to process big feelings in private. In addition to that, sensory items and photo cards will allow them to recognize their emotions and use effective strategies to deal with hard to have feelings.
