This document camera will be used to magnify math manipulatives, model math equations, and give accessible note-taking visuals. It will also give me the ability to work through math worksheets along with the students. The digital tablet allows for student interaction without requiring the students to stand before the entire class. This tablet can be made mobile so the students can use it from the security of their own desks. A document camera and mobile digital tablet greatly enhance the learning environment granting both teacher and students greater flexibility for live interaction. Additionally, the document camera will be useful for those students who are having to learn from home. This technology can be used for video conferencing and pre-recorded learning.
