These bookmarks will be used to encourage students to participate in our reading challenge for K-2. The materials also enhance a focus on literacy with the encouraging bookmarks, writing with the pencils and erasers. The ultimate reward for the reading challenge is the knowledge students gain from the actual reading. The materials provided will give students an extra boost of encouragement to win the challenge for their class. Each month, students will be recording their reads and the class with the most reads will receive a reading gift bag which will contain these materials along with a free book.
