The Outsiders is such a great novel to inspire middle school students both boys and girls alike to read. I always say that reading is to the mind as exercise is to the body. If students find one book at this age to love, then that love will grow and they will become better learners. The Chromebook will be used to Zoom with my students in and outside of school so that I can keep track of their learning and reading during this pandemic that has drastically changed the way we help our students learn and grow as individuals.
