My students and I have exhausted all, YES ALL, of the online distances learning platforms for speech therapy. Who does not like board games and interactive online games, sure! But we are ready to go back to the basics and get back to doing things that we did in school! The materials I have requested will allow my students to engage in hands on arts and crafts in collaboration with executing their speech/language goals. I have always believed that students learn best when they are using their hands and having FUN! These materials will hopefully get my students excited about speech again and work hard towards their goals! My plan for the materials is to make thematic unit speech bags for each month and engage in arts and crafts activities weekly with students grade PreK to 5th grade. For example, January will consist of winter activities/new year activities. I am very excited to give my students the experience they have been missing out on due to the pandemic! Please help if you can! Every cent will be greatly appreciated!
