My project not only recognizes my students' preferred learning styles, but also makes use of the hundreds of STEM lessons and activities created by LEGO Education integrating the WeDo 2.0 Core Set. Whether at home or at school, students will build to develop their understandings of key concepts and code to take control of each build. Whether collaborating via Zoom or with a partner across the table, students will problem solve together as they code simple machines and begin to understand how sensors collect information to influence actions in simple machines and robotic devices. As with all meaningful learning experiences, students will be guided to write and communicate their learning process, sharing their work with others and developing their skills as public speakers.
