The training aids that have been selected to be funded will be used by many different student-athletes. I am a football and baseball coach and all of those athletes can benefit from these training aids. Other sports teams will also be able to use these helpful tools. The resistance belts will help with speed and agility, but also with individual drills. The battle ropes are very beneficial to arm and shoulder health and conditioning. Lastly, the Jaeger Bands are extremely important when trying to protect pitcher's and player's arms. This increases arm strength and decreases the chance of injury.
