The use of literature is a daily activity in my classroom, especially in social studies. Students need the latest and most up to date literature in order to make connections with their everyday life. The school has not been able to fully fund our extended libraries due to Covid. We currently have one copy of this book per classroom, and if we do a book club more than one copy is needed. Students like to share, but with Covid and only one copy, this is difficult. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, but you will also ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Students will be able to engage in meaningful literature as well as increasing their social skills with their book clubs.
