My students do not always have the resources at home to have a fun, integrated PE class. I would also like to show kids other types of exercise with different equipment. Fitness is an important way for our kids to feel confident and good about themselves. A jump rope will help with keeping their heart healthy and happy, and the bands will help with strength and flexibility. Having these materials will help with their academic learning. The PE class will be structured like a "HITT" high intensity training. Our kids will benefit 100%!!
