These extra devices (MacBook and iPads) will be used by my students and myself to use technology to assist in helping the students to master needed skills in order to prepare them for first grade. These resources will be used by myself and the students to assist in their learning at home and in the classroom. Many of the students are in need of headphones so that they can hear and focus on their educational learning games that assist in helping them on math skills and in learning to read. We have several educational programs that the students use that have them on their individualized path of learning including iReady Math, iReady Reading and iRead. The students work on these programs daily to assist in their learning. iRead is a program that only works on the iPad so the iPads will be used by the students to play educational games and learn in the process. The MacBook will be added to my computer area for the students to use in stations and I will use the toner to add to my copier so that I can make printed copies for work stations and daily lessons.
