The use of standing desks has been a wonderful way for students to continue learning while getting the wiggles out. Students with ADHD and other special education verifications benefit greatly from movement while working. Sitting in a desk for long periods of time is not always doable for my special education students. These desks would allow my students to work at their desk, which would be positioned to their height, and move their legs whenever necessary. Students will special needs and non-special education students will benefit from these desks in our elementary school.
