If we are sent home for remote learning, the students will use their markerboards at home the same way that we will use them in our classroom. From home, they will use them on Zoom calls to show me their answers without me having to call on each of them individually. My students are in first grade and they need to practice writing spelling words daily. With these markerboards, the students could write down the word and hold it up to show it to me. I can give them immediate feedback if they got it right, wrong or if they need to fix something about it. They would also need the markers and erasers to write on the whiteboard. When it comes time to write on paper, the pencil sharpener would be a huge help in the classroom to sharpen the enormous amount of pencils that we need daily.
