This is my first year in a classroom of my own. I teach Technology to students in Kinder-5th Grade at Rowland Elementary. We have STEAM Units we study and create projects with. Most of the time, I have to borrow glue, scissors, markers, etc. from our Art teacher on campus, and I have also resorted to asking Pre-K for some of their leftover materials. If we had materials in our classroom that would be one less thing I would have to plan for during the planning of our Units. I chose markers, glue sticks, and colored pencils because all of these supplies can be easily sanitized and cleaned due to Covid-19. I also added a printer in my DonorsChoose because my students create amazing slides, projects, and art on their computers they would love to take home to show their parents and we just don't have the resources to be able to do that. The students work so hard, I would love to be able to print out their hard work and have them take it home. Thank you for reading and helping a first time Teacher. I can't wait for the amazing things these children will create and learn thanks to your help!
