Our school is in a rural community and does not get as much funding as schools in bigger school districts. Because we are a Title I school, we also have many students whose parents cannot afford equipment that can help enrich the students to make them better musicians in the long run. With your help, we will be able to acquire twenty new Korg tuners along with contact microphones. This equipment will allow the students to tune their instruments during class time so that they can play music in tune with one another while developing a more pleasant sound. Learning to play in tune with other musicians is a skill that must be learned to progress as a developing musician.
