As a special educator in middle school, I see students who have been let down by a system who should be helping them instead. All students, no matter their backgrounds or their learning level, deserve a chance to get a better education. To help students move forward, we need to know where they are now. Finding places that provide resources to assist with determining their reading level accurately are never free. With the purchase of running record supplies, I can tailor my teaching to their level and, I can monitor their growth. All students can learn given the chance!
