There is a wealth of creativity and exciting approaches to teaching skills on Teachers Pay Teachers. Right now, I search for free options. Having the opportunity to broaden the search will enhance my remote/hybrid teaching curriculum. Flocabulary and BrainPop offer creative lesson activities to teaching reading, vocabulary, stories, and games for review. There are many great websites to help improve student engagement and these sites would definitely enhance our fifth grade remote/hybrid ELA curriculum. The key to being an effective middle school teacher is to keep offering new, different, and interesting activities to engage students in learning. If they aren't engaged, how much are they learning? These options would afford me and them the chance to make our curriculum even better.
