Students in the third grade are learning new computer skills each day. Our class has been lacking in technology, but now we are receiving new laptops for each of our students! We are so excited to have all this new technology. Students often get frustrated trying to manipulate the trackpad on the laptop. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student technology skills, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. Students in our inclusion class have trouble navigating using the trackpad on the laptop. A mouse for each student will help them navigate the Internet better and also help us with scrolling, dragging, and clicking. Plus in this technology literate world, any interaction with updated technology will increase their literacy as well as their desire to learn and use the new technology!
