The headphones can be checked out for use by students for a two week period of time. The headphones can be attached to the students' computers so they can listen to the various books that are assigned through the various classes that the students are assigned. Our students are required to use various reading programs and they will receive an additional academic grade that is applied to their regular class grade. The reading program is required by the school district and the main objective is to improve reading levels for students in our district.
