I have used both EdPuzzle and Kami while I have been teaching remotely since August. Both of these online applications work seamlessly with Schoology, my school's LMS. EdPuzzle and Kami are amazing tools that have afforded my students the ability to actively engage in learning throughout our time in a remote learning setting. EdPuzzle allows me to create interactive video lessons where students engage with the content. I am able to track how much of the lesson students viewed and how they performed with the content. Kami is a markup tool that students use to complete pdfs. I am able to "hand out" and "collect" the worksheets digitally as I would physical papers in my classroom. These two programs have made remote learning successful for my students and I would like to continue to use the upgraded versions; however, my trials will soon run out.
