The following requested equipment is to ensure my high school workout class has proper and adequate workout equipment to ensure better results by the end of the school year. Each requested item ensures better results. Each item starting with the battles ropes help tone and improve the biceps, triceps and forearm area. Which will increase muscle mass and decrease muscle fat. The next item with the circuit board increase balance and coordination as well as the extra boards to push students to increase vertical ability and increase balance when landing.
