Students in my class do many activities, testing, and weekly growth monitoring in reading and math via their Chromebooks. Students need headphones so they can hear the audio on their computers at a volume that allows them to be comfortable and focused. Without headphones, kids are forced to listen to their devices at a volume that is too low to be heard or are distracted by the volume of their neighbor's device. Distractions, discomfort, and an inability to hear clearly impact the student's efforts to perform at their best. These headphones will be used in our classroom only.
