Our school district has opted to move to distance learning for the remainder of 2020 at the secondary level, and the nature of my class (math and high level IB) require me to be able to see my students while teaching them virtually. We use Google meet, which does not allow this without a second screen. I have great plans to make this class as interactive and close to the real experience of being actually in the classroom, but I need help to get it to come to fruition! I will use this second monitor to not only see all my students, but to better be able to organize them into breakout rooms, groups for Jamboard, and simply to be able to better engage with all their bright smiling faces!
