This project will allow students to have a quiet learning environment to do their online work in this new learning environment that is technology focused. This project will also involve students learning about the plant life process and about healthy eating. We will plant the seeds, and observe and watch them grow. Once they have bloomed- students will have to opportunity to taste the different herbs and learn about how to cook with them. Students will also have the opportunity to have more texts to read which are diverse and allow them to begin the conversations about differences. My class loves graphic novels, through getting to read more Dav Pikey texts they will then have the opportunity to create their own graphic novels.
