One of our biggest goals in first grade is helping our students develop a love of reading. The wobble chairs, scoop chairs, and large pillows in this project will help our students be able to read in many parts of the classroom rather than just at their desks. The early readers book collections will provide students with reading materials at their individual reading levels, and the caddies and book bins will mean that students can stay organized with their reading materials. By supporting this project, you will be helping some of our youngest learners develop a love of reading--something that will help them throughout the rest of their educational careers and their lives!

About my class
