I love to support and strengthen literacy by using art books in my instruction. We read, discuss, interpret, write and draw reflections about the stories we read. It is a great way to introduce students to new artists and concepts! The art library will help my students who are learning English as well because they will offer illustrations that help support the vocabulary! My digital students will be able to enjoy these books as well during our Zoom sessions and will be able to discuss them with their in-person classmates.
