I want to add creative and digital lessons to our school counseling classroom curriculum. Purchasing materials using gift cards from Teachers Pay Teachers will allow me to get engaging lessons that are digital for our remote learners. These lessons would educate students on coping skills, self-care, mindset, and mindfulness. These social emotional skills are critical for learning and are important life skills. I want to add a play therapy component to the counseling experience for my in-person students. The LEGO will be a part of play therapy which allows students to talk in a more relaxed setting.
