The materials requested will be so beneficial in assisting the students who need a little extra to calm their bodies or work through emotions they don't quite understand. The balls will give them a chance to move their body in safe ways while also paying attention to what is going on instructionally. The trampoline will allow the big body movement that's needed to expend extra energy in a fun, safe and controlled environment The games will give them a fun approach to understanding emotions and how to process them so they can become even more successful in social interactions. There are items meant to create a calming space through sensory, such as the lights and fidget toys. Overall, it will all add up to creating a space that is welcoming and safe for the students to come in and receive the strategies and interventions they need to be successful learners in the classroom.
