My students come from homes that are not always financially able to purchase reading materials. For that reason, my students rely heavily on the school library media center for their reading materials. Popular series materials are in constant demand, and students come from all over the building throughout the day to check out books. Keeping students safe while supporting their love of reading is my primary goal this year. To add an extra measure of safety, a UV light wand will supplement the daily disinfecting of the school library books and prevent the need to quarantine books.
