Currently the weather has been hard on conducting Physical Fitness training for my cadets. The gym is not an option as it is being used by three PE classes. We have been conducting training in our classroom but many of the cadets don't have mats so they do their pushups and sit-ups on the hard floor of the classroom. These mats will give them an easier time doing their exercises. The bands will give them resistance due to not having weights. I also purchased videos like P90X and other training material to have the kids do different things in the classroom, these mats will give them a more comfortable surface to conduct this training as well.
