Ms. Melissa & Mr. Vinny are Special Education physical educators in a NYC District 75 school. The materials and equipment of our project bring our students an even better phys. ed. experience! This equipment would help get our students to practice gross motor movement & work towards obtaining their PE goals for the year. This project consists of materials to build our own version of the Special Olympics obstacle course, soft balls, an equipment cart, floor spots, a balance beam and a stomp and catch for hand eye coordination. Physical Education is the subject that makes your heart race! This project would fill our hearts so we can give our students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) access to more materials they deserve!
