The materials will make a difference in student learning by providing access to required and fun activities . Without functioning headphones, the students cannot properly complete activities such as i-Ready lessons that are involve dominantly auditory tasks. While these headphones will only be used in the classroom, they will make a huge difference for my students. I have many ELL students so they really need resources that support phonological awareness and thus it is crucial for all of the students to have headphones. The students love listening to stories and practicing phonics activities and they need headphones to do so!
