In this new and unfamiliar time, students are adapting to a blended learning model. Last year, students would engage in partner work, read books together and work hands-on with each other. Now, students are faced with navigating the digital world. As an educator, this has been heartbreaking for me to watch. My goal is to make their experience this year as meaningful and fun as possible. These items will provide the students in my class with digital resources that will do just that! The printer will allow me to make copies of materials for individual students to utilize at home. The digital magazine will be interactive and a great source of nonfiction reading for them. The gift card will give me the space to purchase digitized versions of projects. Since all of their work is now done online, these resources will help to make their year memorable!
