Students need head phones across the curriculum when listening to lessons, games, or instructions. Each child can access the books being read aloud and utilize independent practice. Most children are distracted by several computers talking at once and we can help them focus to the best of their ability if each child has head phones. I can use them at home, where the learning environment is often the living room space with the television running. I can use them everyday when the students return to in classroom learning. Our students will be so diverse in where they are academically, individualized instruction will be critical to catching them up after the pandemic.
