These workout mats will be a necessary, and integral part of our Physical Education class. From yoga workouts to practicing mindfulness and breathing, these mats will make things more comfortable and safe for our students. Because of COVID we have had to adapt what we do in PE to maintain distance and safety. We can use these mats to do personal fitness workouts and practice yoga. Students will have a safe space to get active and practice mindfulness. These activities will help students reduce stress and anxiety, encourage healthy habits, improve fitness, and help students concentrate for when they go back into the classroom.

About my class
