A trumpet for students to use during rehearsal and performances. We rehearse 2 days a week in person and students take their assigned instruments home to practice privately. Currently our group is borrowing resources from other schools and the purpose of this fundraiser is to help our program become fully independent. That is why we are also asking for a pair of bass drum sticks to be used for percussion rehearsals which is also 2 day a week in person. In rehearsal, students alternate between brass and percussion sectionals working to develop both fundamental musical skills as well as music for upcoming virtual & in-person performances.
