The flexible seating options will give my students choices and the ability to move around the room as needed to work throughout the school day. This will be super important as we return to face to face learning and continue to practice social distancing. Flexible seating will allow students to take charge of their learning that will be best for them. The wobble stools allow for movement and wiggles, which little people all need. Students making choices when it comes to their own learning almost always become motivated to continue to stay on task and work independently during Daily 5 rotations. Those students that are reading with me during Guided Reading also have the ability to utilize the wobbly stools.
