I am requesting bell kits. Our students get music instruction at school, but our percussion students have no way to practice their bell skills at home. These bell kits will be used to foster home practice so our students can achieve all that their great work ethic will allow. Our students are motived, hard-working, and devoted. With school budgets the way they are and cuts looming, this type of expenditure is not possible. Our school is very supportive, but there is only so much they can do. We have over 250 students in our band, so the budget is tight.
