My students love The Magic Tree House books. Using good books that my students are interested in, I am able to address their individual needs and goals. In class, we will be able to cover multiple curriculums with the various topics in these books. I purchased four copies of a Magic Tree House book "A Big Day For Baseball" for a month-long unit about movement. During this unit we covered Newton's laws of motion, Jackie Robinson's role in the desegregation of major league sports, vocabulary, reading and comprehension skills, batting averages, and the playoff brackets. Through good books, my students can excel.
