My project is to make our school feel more welcoming and supportive of our LGBTQ students. After all, every student has the right to learn in an environment that is supportive and respects their humanity. My idea is to buy PRIDE stickers and classroom posters and make them available to anyone who wants one. Whether they are staff or students knowing that the sticker is to be displayed as a badge of support and allyship. This way students who see the sticker/poster know that that is a safe adult or friend that they can trust.

About my class
