Our project will encourage our young ladies to focus on one of the goals of our program. Our goal is to increase their interest in Math and Science by offering engaging activities and experiences. Coding can help to empower girls. Completing coding tasks, helps to build self esteem, self awareness, and self regulation. Coding fosters life skills like critical thinking and problem-solving, leading to increased confidence. Coding helps to develop a better grasp for the technology, which helps them find better solutions and manage failures. Teaching the girls to code gives them a chance to experience the feeling of failure so that they learn not to give up when something doesn’t work out but rather begin again.
